Registration

ICPICS 2019 only accepts registration fee in RMB or USD. Registration fee covers all conference sessions, conference document, meals and reception. Cost of accommodation is not covered by registration fee. You will need to book your accommodation separately by visiting the Hotel page.

The conference registration fee is listed as bellow:

Regular Registration	3300 RMB(500USD)/paper
Student Registration	3000 RMB(450USD)/paper
Additional Paper(s)	2500 RMB(400USD)/paper
Extra Page Charge	300 RMB(50USD)/page
Extra Proceedings	500 RMB(100USD)/Proceeding
Listener/Participants	1200 RMB(200USD)/person

Note:

1) Each paid registration covers only one paper; you can pay Additional Paper Fee (400 US Dollars / 2500 RMB) for one more paper from the same first author who already has a paid registration.
2) The paper is limited within 5 pages. Additional page will be charged 50 USD per page.
3) One regular registration with one or more additional papers get only one proceedings.
4) At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
5) Other co-authors or accompanying person can register as the listener.

Refund:

The paid registration fee cannot be refunded if you cannot attend the conference.

Accommodation:

1) Accommodation is not included in registration fee, the delegates need reserve rooms themselves,we advise you reserve rooms as early as you can.
2) Except the conference hotel, you are free to reserve rooms nearby.
